i’m 34 weeks today. i haven’t been sleeping much at night, i’m talking like 3 hours a night and don’t nap in the day because i just can’t. well last night i only slept 3 hours and then spent 4 hours on my feet decorating for my baby shower and then 3 hours there when it started. i got home and i was so tired but i started to put some stuff away when i started to get contractions so i had to stop. i’m going to be going to bed or try to but i’m wondering if when your body is overtired can this cause contractions? and should they go away after i can sleep some?
