Normal for 10 weeks ultrasound?

We had an ultrasound at 9 weeks exactly and exactly one week later at 10 weeks. Wondering if you guys think the growth looks normal for 7 days and if everything else seems to be looking good. Yes, I know nobody is a doctor more of a reassurance post. This is our rainbow that we conceived immediately after a miscarriage. So I’m a little paranoid. Ps I’m not sure why the sono says 9 + 1 because we were exactly 9 weeks that day.
