Due on my father's birthday... Do I tell people?

So I have a lovely son who will be one next month, I just found out I'm pregnant again, however I'm due on my father's birthday, he passed away three months ago. Should I tell people my due date? My brother is 15 and going through important exams, I'm not even allowed to spread my father's ashes at the risk of upsetting him... I want to be happy but should I tell them?

You can always only tell them the month or say something like first week of whatever month. Or second week.

If you just found out there’s no need to rush and tell people, especially if they might be upset about the timing. I’d wait until after your brother’s exams and after your baby’s first birthday. I like to wait until the second trimester to tell anyway. I’m sorry about your dad, hopefully your family will see this baby as a gift/sign from him.

Theres actually a low chance of giving birth on your due date. You can tell people but I wouldn't get to set on that idea.

You can wait until after the exams. No reason to rush telling. And when you do, you can just say "I'm not sure the due date yet, I'll know after my ultrasound"
