Elivate side effects

Hi guys, wondering if anyone who uses Elivate prenatal vitamins have ever had bad diarrhoea as a side effect. I started taking them yesterday so have only taken 2 so far and have had nausea and diarrhoea since.

Background: I went off the pill about 3 weeks ago and have been having unprotected sex since (trying to conceive). I have also been extremely tired and my nipples are so painful and sensitive. I'm guessing that I wouldn't be pregnant yet as my body and cycle would be getting back on track but wondering if the nausea and diarrhoea is a pregnancy symptom or a side effect
