Pooing loads but little
Since my little one turned 5 months a week ago her bowel movement has changed, she's doing tiny poos like 8 times a day, straining a little, she used to only do one big poo a day. It's made her have really bad nappy rash and I feel so sorry for her but she just keeps pooing.
Worth visiting the doctor?
Please no horrible comments, I'm hormonal and already crying because she's uncomfortable
