Is it a pregnancy sign/symptom

1) Yellow acne type of thing came on nipple

(google says it as Montgomery glands- an early sign of pregnancy also not related to pregnancy 🤔😔)

2) when I cough or sneeze I feel mild pulling type of pain in my vagina ..🤔🤔

A pregnancy symptom or what ?????.

Currently I'm at 8 dpo
