I worked at a child minders on a Apprentership when I left I told my employer when I’m start back and that I’m coming back full time again. My boss messaged me the other day to say that there wasn’t any pressure on me coming back but I told her that I still wanted to come back full time and that I’d bring my baby everyday apart from Thursday as this is what we’d agreed before I’d left on maternity however she said that she was too full for more children on certain days I’d sorted that out and my mum said she’d do the busier days. However I went in to work the other day to talk to my boss about everything and she says what really happened is she employed two others while I was away and she thought I’d come back and just go under the radar with ofsted but now she can’t do that because it’s too risky so she’s says can I come in two days a week and work from home on children’s portfolios and be paid for full time. Does this sound fishy? How can I explain this to universal credit? It’s made me very stressed however I know in other jobs I won’t be with my baby like this opportunity
