Profiting on Death

RIP Kobe Bryant 🖤

So if you don’t know, he and his daughter, along with everyone else with them, have passed away in a helicopter crash today. It’s horrific and awful, and I’m saddened for their family.

Other people, however, seem to see it as a business opportunity.

Is there such a thing as “too soon” when it comes to profiting off of someone’s death? Should there be a waiting period before selling things like this? Because it’s a celebrity does it make it ok? What about selling loved one’s things once they die?
