Maca Root Issues
Has anyone ever had their cycle thrown off by maca capsules? I feel like I ovulated way earlier or not at all because i’m suppose to ovulate in like 3 days but my opk’s are soooo faint and non existant colored. Now I feel like I screwed myself by taking maca capsules! Ugh 😣
