I need opinions!

Almost two weeks ago I took a pregnancy test and got a faint positive. It wasn't an indent or anything like that. My husband saw it as well.

Three days later I started bleeding like a normal period. Even have a few clots, but nothing major.

Here's my issue. I'm still having not normal cramps in my bottom abdomen. My appetite has been off and I'm super exhausted. Could be anything, I know. But do you think it would be ridiculous of me to take another pregnancy test, just to clarify?

I feel like I'm being super ridiculous. My husband said it wasn't being ridiculous it was just being curious.
