So Does Everyone Have Implantation Bleeding? Could this be implantation?

I'm 7 dpo and I'm experiencing cramping and pressure in my lower abdomen. Has been happening since 6 dpo. I'm not sure if I'm implanting or what. Does everyone have implantation bleeding or do some people just cramp? This is unlike my period cramps. Please be easy with comments, keep in mind I'm new to this.

I found out I was pregnant on the night of 9DPO.... on the day of my missed period (14DPO) my normally white discharge had the TINIEST hint of pink in it. This could have been from the baby implanting further but honestly if HCG is high enough to be picked up on an at home urine test, the embryo has already implanted 🤷🏼‍♀️ So could have been old blood from a few days before.... HOWEVER, I am now 8 weeks pregnant...but during my 7th week/end of 6th week I had light pink bleeding again. This time, two big wipes worth. I went to my OB to get checked out and they discovered a tiny hemorrhage behind the gestational sac. Baby was perfectly healthy with a heart rate of 142BPM. They said the hemorrhage wasn’t anything to be concerned about and that we will just keep an eye on it. That could have also been the reason for the tiny amount of spotting in the earlier stages of my pregnancy. We go back for our 9 week appointment and follow up ultrasound next week 💜 So I wouldn’t say implantation is always the cause nor is it that common....

At about 9dpo I had very strong period like cramps. That same night I had a tiny and I mean tiny little string of blood mixed in with with cervical mucus. I got a positive pregnancy test at 13dpo, 1 day before missed period.
