I don't wanna waste anyone's time..

I had what I assume was bronchitis or something like it. Basically coughing a lot clearing my chest. Now I'm not sick anymore but just a lingering cough.. Lately I've been sleeping with a towel under me(just in case I end up peeing a little when I cough even though if I do I get up and clean myself up. But basically I've noticed that I seem to pee myself a little bit quite frequently from laughter or even coughing too hard. I get that with pregnancy it happens but when do you think it becomes a concern that maybe it's not pee. I go to the bathroom a lot to make sure I don't have this issue and it seems to still be a problem. And I am good about drinking water so my urine is always very light damn near clear anyway. Is it possible to have a amniotic fluid leak that only really seems to leak when enough pressure is applied (such as laughing or coughing)

I should add that this is my 3rd child and I NEVER had this issue with either of my other pregnancies
