HCG levels !!

I had my blood HCG levels taken on Friday which would have been 18/19 DPO before my missed period would have even been finished if I had gotten it.

My levels were 24

My doctor doesn’t seem concerned since it’s very early and I ovulate late in my cycle. However I will be testing them again next week to make sure they’re doubling!

I was just wondering if anyone else had very low levels in early early pregnancy then went on to gave a successful pregnancy ?? I see everyone with their high levels and I get a little bit concerned. Trying just to trust that everything is okay :).
