Can toddlers sense pregnancy??

Earlier today me and my guy friend were playing around when all of sudden my daughter climbed onto bed and said “ it’s a baby” she’s almost 2 and she can talk clear as I don’t know what . We both looked at her and thought to ourselves we hope that’s not what she said. We didn’t have sex until 2 days after my period and another day after that merging into my fertile days and that was it. Could this be possible?
