Reinventing the way I date my wife

So I’ve been married for about 3 years but together for 5. My wife is in the military, we have two kids and a hectic house hold. We both work and hustle and try to squeeze in dates when time slows down. BUT she’s gone a lot with work, the kids have a lot going on that requires our help and I don’t want to let our dates go. So, I had this dream the other night that we met at a coffee bar as complete strangers and had a phenomenal date, went to one of our house and fucked like porn stars, it was legit hott as fuck(don’t judge me). Here’s the thing....I want to ask her on a date...pretend we don’t know one another and go on a first date all over again as the people we actually are now. We’ve both changed a lot, grown together and I’m insanely in love with who she was and who she is. Does anyone else do this? How do you bring it up?
