Baby with cold for over a month!!

So my poor daughter has had a bad head cold for over 1 month now. I have called her doc and she told me there is not much i can do that im not already doing. Such as baby vape rubs, sucking out her boogies from her nose, giving her pain meds if running temps, and giving her over the counter baby cold medicine (all natural). Nothing is working! She hasn't sleep in 24 hrs since her nose is so stuffed up im so tired as she is. I have tried everything. Has anyone gone through this ???
