Scared sh*tless

So my last period was November 18 ended on November 22, no period after that. I’ve taken tests after tests after tests, all negative. Last Wednesday I had a car accident and I went to the hospital my pregnancy test was negative then too the Friday and Saturday all negative tests! Now I had an appointment today with my gyn, only for her to get a faint positive on TWO TESTS! Now I’m freaked out because what if something is wrong with my baby, I would be 7 weeks and I had an X-ray at the hospital because my pregnancy test was negative. 😔☹️
