Are Promise Rings Wrong?
My parents think it is biblically wrong for my boyfriend and I to have promise rings. We are both already moved out of our homes, and are waiting to get married for a couple more years. We decided to do promise rings instead of a long term engagements.
I pointed out to them that it symbolizes a promise either not to have sex, promise to marry you, etc. Whatever you want.
They said they don’t agree with it. What is your stance on this?
