TMI ALERT! Need advice!!

So af was 2 days late and then I finally started or so I thought.... problem is my flow is usually super heavy and dark red as all hell to where I have to use super absorbent tampons from day 1 til about day 6 then the last day I barely need one. However this is how my af has been since I started 4 days ago. This a regular tampon and I change them about ever 4-5 hours like the box says this is after 4 1/2 hours very very light for me this far into my flow and the brown has never happened this far in either usually only the very beginning of day 1.....and yesterday and this morning the tampon was stark white with the tiniest brownish discharge like just a speck...could this just be a super light period or possibly implantation? Any advice is appreciated
