Should I call the doctor?

34 weeks 3 days. Last two days I just have felt "off." Very tired. Nauseous. Today all morning so far and almost vommitted twice. Back pain. My last two appointments, my blood pressure was 140/88 and 140/80. Not sure if it's just normal, end of pregnancy nauseau and tiredness or something to be concerned about. Would you call if you were me?

Thanks, ladies! I called and the nurse said nausea coming back like this is pretty normal for this stage in pregnancy bc body ramping up with the hormone production again, preparing for babys exit. Said my stomach and back pain sounds like contractions, probably because I haven't drank much water today due to feeling blah. Going to focus on resting and hydrating tonight. Hubby is picking up Gatorade and Gingerale on his way home from work too.

Can I ask where exactly is your stomach pain located ??? Like  Upper abdominal by your ribs on the right side? Or lower stomach area ??

I think you’re better to call and be told it’s normal and you’re ok than to sit at home and worry.

I think you should call if you’re concerned. That isn’t anything I have ever experienced in the end of my pregnancies.
