I’m a major hypochondriac and I googled what the red spots could be and looked at images and of course it’s the worse.. sepsis. I just had a baby 3 weeks ago so if I have an infection or something, it could’ve spread to my blood. I had a 3 week check up today and he tested for any vaginal infections but I didn’t notice these spots until later... I’m kind of worried now. Anyone know what these spots are and why I could possibly have them?

Edit- not from scratching or hitting it on anything.. the spots just appeared. They’re not itchy or raised. Kinda reminds me of what a hickey looks like.
