I give up

I thought my (new) relationship was going great. I thought it would go somewhere. But I’m honestly just over him going and making plans with his friends like SEVERAL days out of the week including weekends and having little time for me. I’m tired of waiting hours and hours and hours for him to reply.

Am I over reacting?
