Double ear infection

Yesterday i got a call from daycare that my LO won’t stop crying which is very unusual so i pick her up and take her to the doctor and she has double ear infection. Yesterday she drank 20 ounces of formula which is normal for 21-30 ounces plus 3 meals plus a snack but today i have gotten 12 ounces out of her and that was a struggle she has drank pedialight and has had breakfast and lunch and tons of yogurt melts. I don’t want her to get dehydrate but she almost won’t drink anything. Should i see how she does tomorrow before calling the doctor. I have given Motrin this morning and Tylenol at noon.
