How many calories for a pregnant woman? *ON AVERAGE*

I know everyone’s bodies and needs are different, but this is just a *BALLPARK* of what is actually needed

Currently 29+2, and I feel like I’m always hungry/wanting to snack 😫 obviously gaining too much during pregnancy is unhealthy, so I need some tips/advice on high protein, low calorie meals and snacks so I can get through the next few months

I’m pretty short and I’d consider myself a bit overweight, with a medium daily activity level (no “formal” exercise routines, but I do have constant housework and a toddler to care for everyday)
