Took extra follistim

Hi all,

I’m scheduled for my retrieval in two days, just took my ovidrel shot. I’m concerned though because yesterday I was instructed to take a 100 IU dose of follistim but I think I actually took 200 IU because of my confusion with the pen.

200 IU is pretty much in line with my other doses, but I’m concerned I fried my eggs.

I called the doctor’s office and they didn’t seem concerned, just told me to proceed as usual with the ovidrel. He seemed to make a distinction because it was the last shot. I wasn’t sure how that factors into it. It’s reassuring they didn’t seem to make a big deal about it but I don’t want a surprise at the retrieval.

Anyway I’m freaking out. Any thoughts?
