I should know this🤦🏻‍♀️

Ladies, i haven’t taken my bc for about 3 months, reason being i had an appointment with the doctor to see why it wasn’t helping with my periods anymore etc etc

They told me to do a continuous cycle, me being the dumbass i am i don’t know when to start!! And will it affect my next period? I had my period last week, i have a feeling i should’ve started the second day on my period. Ugh idk someone please help.
