help me please my hips has been hurting for like 3 weeks now and these past few days it’s so bad and right now it’s shooting from my hip down to my ankle and it’s pulsing i don’t know what’s wrong but my leg is numb now. i don’t know what could be wrong i don’t even sleep on the right side
