Help mee

I had my implant removed 4 months ago. My periods regulated quickly & I’ve had 3 periods since then . My boyfriend is terrible at pulling out so pregnancy is a big chance ! Exactly a week ago during sex I randomly started bleeding . My period was not due until today 1-29-19. I thought I was starting early but after I cleaned myself up I only spotted afterwards ! Like nothing in my panty liner only when I wiped . That happened until the next morning then it stopped . Now the 29 is here & no period ! I’ve been having all the symptoms( sore nipples, cramping, fatigue, mood swings) of it coming but it’s not here yet . Is it safe for me to take a test & get an accurate result??
