My period is nine days early! Is that bad?

Hi ladies! So I’m supposed to call my nurse when I start my period. I got my period this morning but it’s nine days early! I’ve never gotten my period this early 😭 has this happened to anyone? Did the doctor say to wait for next cycle or did the doctor proceed with the upcoming tests? I had to let my nurse know about day 1 of my period for the purpose of day three bloodwork and then the hsg test on a day from cycle day 6-10.

My first fertility appt was January 20th and my doctor had me on prenatals, dha, CoQ10 and vitamin D. I wonder if that jump started my period.
