Tips on relieving baby's cough???

Help please!
He's had a bad cough since Wednesday of last week and it's only getting deeper and worse!! Babysitter has texted me twice to let me know it sounds worse than before so I asked her to give him a cool popsicle. He spits out the entire dosage of his cough syrup so that's no help 😭
Went to pediatrician on Friday, he tested negative for RSV

Like someone else said, the Zarbee’s cough medicine & chest rub!! I apply the chest rub a couple times a day. It’s awesome! & humidifier! My little babe just got over her cold.

We have been using zarbee’s baby cough +immune and then zarbee’s also has a rub like Vick’s but is safe for your babies that we rub on her feet and chest before bed as well as a humidifier in the room.

Not sure if you give him bottles or not but If you do you could put the cough syrup in his bottle. Also sometimes for my daughter I just put the syrup in the nipple and let her drink it that way.

Steam will help open up the air way better. A cough can last 3-4 weeks 😷.
