First Trimester Diarrhea

I am currently 6w5d and I haven’t had any morning sickness this pregnancy. But, I have had intermittent diarrhea throughout. The last 2 days it has been nonstop. I’m not sure whether I should go to the doctor or not. I know diarrhea in early pregnancy is fairly common, but I’m worried that this is getting excessive.
