Trying not to symptom spot....

Hi Ladies,

My af is due in 5 days and today i have lower back pain. Yesterday and the day before i had pains in my stomach which felt like i was going to start my period which i thought surely i wont start a week early. My stomach felt really unsettled and painful. Its gone off today but now i have this lower back pain. My breasts are not sore either. Im trying not to symptom spot but has anyone had similar and actually got a bfp? I wont be testing early as did before and can make you feel deflated. TIA
