On ovulation day had severe pain and went to dr and after 6 days finally got an ultrasound which confirmer ovulation on right side and also confirmed I currently have a Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts on the right ovary its 4.6 x 3.3 x 3.6 cm cyst with internal echoes. (No idea what the echo bits is about).

My question who had one and got pregnant same cycle or did your cyst make af late, or higher temps.

I usually have 13 to 15 lp, and by now temps would have taken a dive. All tests are bfn.
