Weight gain in pregnancy
Hi everyone,
I’m 29+5 weeks pregnant and I’m really struggling with the weight gain as before I got pregnant I was working on loosing weight and toning up. I’ve struggled a lot with this pregnancy so I haven’t exercised as much as I wish I had but now I’ve actually started to put on the weight and I’ve put on 3.9kg (0.61st/8.60lbs)
I keep weighing myself everyday and still watching what I eat as it’s taking a toll on me if I indulge on my cravings if they aren’t healthy and my partner is getting worried that I’m getting so upset and overly cautious about the weight gain.
Has anyone had this before? What did you do?
