Infant car seat & stroller recommendations?

First time mom over here! Looking for any and every good stroller/car seat suggestion. Noted a few things were looking for down below :)

-great safety features

-lightweight - both stroller & seat

-good neck/head support

-lots of cushion (looking for something cozy for our little babe!)

I had saved tons of “great” car seats and went to look at them today and lots of them had little to no padding & support or were too heavy..

Preferring a car seat stroller combo, but open to purchasing separately as well!
