My boobs are leaking milk & I’m 4 months PP (never breastfed)

I stopped leaking milk like a few months ago. Like 1 1/2 and out of nowhere I’m leaking like full on waking up to spots. If I lean on my tit too long there’s milk coming out. I’m not pregnant but I’ve been having 11 day period and then spotting for a few days after. Any idea what’s going on ? Has this happened to anyone ? I want my body back , Normal periods & non leaking boobs. Wtf.
