Should I worry??

I'm around 6 weeks (haven't had my first US yet) But I'm not sick. Like, at all. Only breast swelling, mild cramps, & some heartburn. Could it be a bad sign? I was puking from start to finish with my son. 
Has anyone else had this happen and have a successful pregnancy? ✌️

This one gets asked often. It's perfectly normal not to have sickness as a symptom.  Some women puke the whole way through,  some at the beginning,  some mid way through and some none at all. Every pregnancy is different and different symptoms with different pregnancies are completely normal.

I didnt have any pregnancy symptoms until week 8! That's when MILD nausea crept in.... other then that I get light headed after laying down and standing up... and a bloody nose! Everyone is different :)

Wait for week 8-10... many women won’t get nausea until at least 7 weeks.

I was only sick for 1 week. During week 8. Only threw up once. I'm now 38 weeks with a very healthy baby.

My nausea was awful with my first for the first 12 weeks. I’m 18w with my second right now and had very mild nausea from 8-10 weeks
