Hemorrhoids or something else?

So I've never dealt with hemorrhoids after birth with my first 2 babies.. Or ever in my life. Well I just had my daughter on the 26th. I didn't tear at all and I've felt pretty good until 2 days ago when I finally had a bowel movement (my first since having my daughter. Before I went, I noticed my butt had been a bit sore and there was a spot that looked sort of bulged out. But Ive been taking miralax and stool softener to help me go easier and n I was finally able to, it was nice and loose but ever since then I've had what looks like 3 or 4 large bulging spots that stick out and are extremely painful and swollen. It's basically impossible to sit anywhere, even to sit in my bed during nighttime. I didn't get any seep last night because i couldn't get comfy no matter what I tried. Even the smallest amount of pressure is just fucking awful! I bought some hemorrhoid cream, numbing lidocaine and tucks pads with witch hazel. I dont know whatelse to try. Irs seriouslt worse than when i tore.
