I saw this on Facebook today. I don’t know if a believe it. 
I 100% talk to myself in my head. I couldn’t even imagine not being able to think like that.

If I could get my internal Monologue to SHUT THE FUCK UP that would be nice. If im comfortable around you to speak knowing that you won’t judge me, you would be amazed at how fast I think. So imagine what the amount of shit that is filtered out. I’m bad at articulating so it comes out diluted too. It’s the perfect thing if you want anxiety and insomnia.

I’m an artist that doesn’t have pictures in my head.

I have both and it’s interesting because the thoughts in my head would come in the form images so I would have to piece together random words to describe what I’m seeing in my head. For example if I wanted an apple, I wouldn’t think “I want an apple,” I would have an image of an apple in my head instead and I would communicate it as “that red round fruit.” 
But sometimes when I’m pissed or irritated, I would have wordy conversations in my head like I was on Jimmy Fallon. 🤷🏻‍♀️
For me, I think it’s bc I grew up in an environment that looks down on self/emotional expression, but I was always creative so my mind replaced word expression with picture expression.
