Early Labor??? PLEASE COMMENT ASAP

I feel like I’m gonna sound like a total idiot. So I’ve been super uncomfortable tonight in my lower back, yes I know comes with pregnancy. But then I keep getting like, these “hunger pains” feeling and feel like I’m gonna puke. It started within the hour. I went through this last night but it stopped and I just thought I was super hungry but felt sick at the same time. Please tell me this isn’t early labor contractions. Yes I’m gonna call labor and delivery but I also just feel like I sound extremely ridiculous. 33+3 weeks!

UPDATE: he said it sounds like really bad reflux from the baby pushing it back up if it’s above the uterus. Does this sound right?
