5 weeks 1 day spotting?

Okay so, I'm 6 weeks and 1 day according to the apps I have since I haven't had my first ultrasound. I have been on light rides at Disney, keeping careful as I don't wanna risk anything, this morning I had some light, brown spotting only there when I wiped. Absolutely nothing the last 2 days at Disney. I also have light cramping here and there which has been happening for weeks but it once in a while gets a little more painful. Is this likely a sign of early miscarriage? I'm so nervous.

Could be normal. Pelvic rest (avoid strenuous activities and nothing in your vagina) is usually recommended, but I would call your OB’s office

I had this at 5+5. Had a scan at 6+1 all was fine no reason for spotting. Continued to spot brown and some time pink for 2 weeks had another scan at 7+5 baby was fine but found I had a extra chroinic hemorrhage (which is basically a bruise in my womb) it is away from the pregnacy but is causing my spotting. Doctor said it should reabsorbed itself by the time I have my 12 weeks scan but I can continue to spot until it has fully absorbed. Was a relief to know a reason for my spotting and that baby was all fine. Ring EPU they will advise and see you anytime. X

I would reframe from doing any rides for a few days and see if that ends the spotting all together!
