Workout recommendations?!?
I am a runner and it’s getting more and more difficult (27w) to workout like I like to. I have Beachbody on demand, but the prenatal workouts are so corny and boring! I need to workout to help manage my anxiety w/o medication and I am starting to not want to bc I get so bored walking/jogging. Lol.
Have you found any workouts that you enjoy and can comfortably do in the 3rd trimester? TIA!
