Need stroller recommendations 👋🏽

I’m pregnant with baby #2 and when baby #2 is born my son willl be 1 year and 7 months so I need a stroller for 2. Any recommendations?!

Some tips for choosing strollers:
1. Try and find a stroller with rubber wheels (not plastic) because rubber wheels are a much smoother ride.
2. Go for single wheels instead of double wheels! Double wheels are super hard and annoying to maneuver.
3. Make sure you can physically fold and unfold it without struggling.
3. Make sure it's a stroller that seats one child in front of the other, not side by side. The ones that have the seats side by side are very hard/near impossible to fit through doorways.

I’m looking at the evenflo pivot xtend. Haven’t bought it yet. But I think that’s the one.

My daughter will be 19 months when my son is born in April. 
I’ve had a few different strollers and my favourite by far is the baby jogger, city select. 
I’ve been using it for a while and bought the second seat adapter and car seat adapter to be able to use it as a double.
