Cervical progression
At 33 weeks I was 1 cm and 0% effaced
At 36 weeks I was 1 cm and 50% effaced
At 37 weeks I was 2 cm (2-3 per OB) and 70% effaced
And now at 38 weeks I am “almost to 4 cm” and 80% effaced.
Inconsistent contractions, but there enough to do a little change.
Slowly but surely getting there. Just walking and squatting my life away lol
