PREGNANCY SYPTOMS?!!!

So I got my period December 20-22 of 2019..and around that same time I basically came off the pills then my period came but it was very light and shorter than usual and I usually have it for 5 days and some time after that I took a plan B just to be safe, and January came and no period, I went to do a routine check up last week when I should have gotten my period she said I’m very take we did a urine test and it came back negative.. the thing is my breast has been tender, I’m feeling the urge to puke here and there, my ovaries actually hurt I thought maybe I was in my fertile window, like how did any of you ladies know you were pregnant??? I’m going to do a next pregnancy test but I’m going to wait another week and see...but these symptoms are just soo annoying
