Nausea?

Im 15 weeks and I had horrible nausea up until 12 weeks. Well low and behold I seem to be getting nauseous again and my lower back is killing me 😫. Anyone else go through this?

16 weeks and vomited again 2 days ago. My Lower back is so bad especially going from sitting to standing position. Horrible. Nausea is better than first trimester but definitely still there 1 or 2 times a week versus every single day before that

I'm 14w5d and I've been feeling nausea when I'm not drinking enough or my pants are too tight.. Underwear too..
It's time for pregnancy underwear and pants..
I've been out looking for it but I didn't find anything I liked or that fitted.. 😔
The hair-tie method doesn't work either.. I need to fold my pants open to relieve my nausea
