Have you ever got out of a long term relationship?

I’ve been with my partner for 19years and we are thinking about breaking up.

We know we don’t have much in common and have a lot of issues but we also love each their and of course are attached after all these years.

He says he will move out by the end of the month.

Has anyone else ever broken up after a long term relationship? Like 10+ years?

How did you handle it?

It’s hard too because we have 5 kids and we take them everywhere and we are always together, we take them to their classes etc etc together, so if we break up it will be a drastic change. Any advice would be appreciated
