please help.

this is my first pregnancy for the past few days i’ve been getting some period like cramps maybe 1 or 2 a day other than that some light pinching or pulling. yesterday when i wiped very very light pink discharge. since then i have been super dry? i’m 6 weeks do you think everything is okay? i have my first ob appointment tomorrow and i really am so worried and can’t wait to be there.
