Vacation with baby?

I will be taking a beach vacation to Florida with my family this summer. What types of things should I plan to bring for my baby (of course sunscreen and things like that). Are there certain items that will come in handy I might not think of to being? She will be 8 months old

Really unsure about a bathing suit! Do I even bother with one or just let her wear a diaper in things like the pool? Do I get her one with long sleeves to protect her even more from the sun? (She’s has veeeeery fair skin like my husband . He burns so horribly even with sunscreen applied often, so he’s scared for her).
