WHAT YOU MEAN AN EMTHY SAC?

Guys I am so sad I thought I was Close to six weeks I went to the ER on Friday night Because of spotting and bleeding but when they did a vagina ultrasound they only see a empty sack and they think that I will miscarriage, I still have all the pregnancy symptom I just don’t understand, I am no longer spotting or cramping but I’m just so sad thinking about it, they didn’t even do bloodwork to see my level, I will have to call tomorrow for another check up soon, I really hope when they do another ultrasound they will see a baby, I hope that I’m just too early for them to see anything and everything will be fine, Have any of you ever experienced something like this before and
